2. Service Description

Plato Designs provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, web design, social media marketing, and reputation management for assisted living facilities, senior living communities, and related businesses.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to digital platforms and accounts
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Plato Designs remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their existing content and data.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business operations. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plato Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will work with clients to minimize disruption during any service changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Plato Designs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
